1. Order Processing

1.1 Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Custom or personalized bicycles may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

1.2 Order Confirmation:

  • After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.

  • If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact us at custombikes@kruchexperience.com

2. Shipping Options and Delivery Times

2.1 Shipping Methods:

  • Shipping is arranged via email communication after the sale is made. Please contact us to arrange shipping, and details will be worked out at that time.

2.2 Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days

  • Delivery times may vary based on the destination and carrier.

2.3 International Shipping:

  • We ship to select international destinations. Additional customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on the destination country.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method, destination, and total weight of the order.

  • Customers will be notified of shipping costs via email communication after the sale is made.

4. Tracking and Delivery

4.1 Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • You can track your order using the tracking link provided or by visiting the carrier’s website.

4.2 Delivery Issues:

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at custombikes@kruchexperience.com

  • In case of a lost or stolen package, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please report such incidents within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

5. Special Conditions

5.1 Pre-Orders:

  • Pre-ordered items will ship as soon as they become available. Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of purchase.

6. Pickup 

  • Pickup is available at KRUCH headquarters in Calgary, Alberta. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.
